Learn about media literacy and how to be a better digital citizen. For Adults. Registration required.

Take part in Digital Citizen Day at the Amherstburg Branch!

In an increasingly complex digital world, we often find ourselves having trouble navigating online media.  Tools like AI or social media and challenges such as misinformation or online hate can make it even scarier. We're going to try to help answer your questions about being online in changing times and give you tips for interacting in online spaces respectfully, safely, and with compassion.

Digital Citizen Day is part of Media Literacy Week which takes place from October 26 to 30, 2026.
