Take a trip around the culinary world. This month we're visiting Mexico.

We pick the theme, you select and make a recipe.  A new cuisine will be explored each time we meet.  Ask us for details then sign out a cookbook or use our online resources to find your recipe.  Prepare your recipe for the program and bring the finished product to share with the group. We’ll talk about your dish and swap tips and tricks!  Please bring in your own serving utensils for your dish and plate to keep the program environmentally friendly!  

Let's prepare for Cinco de Mayo by trying our hand at some modern or traditional Mexican dishes.  For recipe ideas see us at the Amherstburg Branch or check out our selection online.
