Are you a new English language speaker? Join us to practice!

What is a conversation circle?
A conversation circle is a weekly opportunity for new English language speakers to practice speaking in an informal setting. International visitors & immigrants are welcome.

What will we talk about?
We will talk about everyday life. Our hobbies, family and community. We will not talk about academic topics like history, science, literature, theory, philosophy, or research.

What should I expect?
You can expect to participate in conversation, discussions and speaking games. Do not expect homework, textbooks, tests, presentations, or formal language exercises.

What will I practice?
You will practice speaking, listening, vocabulary, and pronunciation. You will not practice grammar, writing, or reading.
