Celebrate Black History Month at the Harrow branch by making your own traffic light!  Garret Morgan was an American inventor (1887-1963) who is credited with inventing the three-position traffic light, patented in 1923, which included a third, all-directional stop position to improve safety at intersections. Come help honour his legacy and make your own, available all month long!
